- "Client" refers to any individual or business entity that engages OEOM's services.
- "Service" refers to the review and content removal services provided by OEOM.
- "Content" refers to any review, post, comment, or other digital material submitted for assessment or removal.
2. Service Description
OEOM provides professional content removal services. We assess reviews and online content for policy violations on platforms including Google, Trustpilot, Glassdoor, Facebook, Yelp, and others. Where a violation is identified, we pursue removal through official platform channels.
We do not guarantee removal of any specific piece of content. Our guarantee is limited to our refund policy (see Section 4).
3. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that you are authorised to request the assessment or removal of the content in question, and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Payment & Refund Policy
OEOM operates on a pay-for-results model. The fee for each removal is agreed in writing before work begins. Payment is due upon engagement.
If we are unable to successfully remove the content, you are entitled to a full refund of the fee paid for that specific removal — no questions asked. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of the determination that removal was unsuccessful.
5. Client Obligations
As a client of OEOM, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information about the content and your relationship to it
- Not request removal of content that you know to be truthful, lawful, and non-violating
- Respond to our communications in a timely manner when additional information is needed
- Not engage any other party to pursue removal of the same content simultaneously without informing us
6. Scope of Service
Our service is limited to pursuing removal through official platform reporting and dispute channels. We do not engage in any illegal activity, hacking, harassment, or threats to achieve removal. We do not contact reviewers directly unless explicitly agreed with the client.
7. Limitation of Liability
OEOM's liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost customers, or reputational harm.
We do not guarantee any specific business outcome as a result of content removal.
8. Intellectual Property

10. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement at any time by providing written notice. If you terminate before removal is attempted, a partial refund may be issued at OEOM's discretion. If OEOM terminates due to client misrepresentation or breach of these terms, no refund will be issued.
