Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our review removal process, pricing, and guarantees.
General
OEOM (Online Experience & Opinion Management) is a professional content removal service. We help businesses and individuals remove reviews and online content that violates platform policies — from Google, Trustpilot, Glassdoor, Facebook, Yelp, and more.
Yes — but only content that violates a platform's own policies. We specialise in identifying reviews and posts that breach terms of service (fake reviews, spam, defamatory content, competitor attacks, and more) and filing removal requests through official channels. We don't use grey-area tactics.
Absolutely. We work exclusively within each platform's official reporting and dispute mechanisms. We never contact reviewers directly, engage in any form of harassment, or use any illegal methods. Our process is transparent, compliant, and ethical.
Process
It's straightforward: you submit the review or content you want assessed, we analyse it against the platform's policies, and if it qualifies, we handle the full removal process. You're kept informed at every stage. The typical timeline is 0–14 days depending on the platform and complexity.
Most removals are completed within 0–14 days. Timelines vary depending on the platform and complexity of the case. We'll give you a realistic estimate before any work begins and keep you updated throughout.
If a removed review or piece of content reappears within 30 days of removal, we'll pursue re-removal at no additional charge. Our job isn't done until it stays down.
We remove content from Google, Trustpilot, Glassdoor, Facebook, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Reddit, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Airbnb, and many more. If your platform isn't listed, get in touch — we likely cover it.
Pricing
Our fee is agreed per removal before we start — no retainers, no hourly billing, no hidden charges. You only pay if we succeed. If we don't remove the content, you receive a full refund, no questions asked.
It means exactly what it says. You pay us to remove specific content. If we're unable to remove it, you get a full refund. We take on the risk so you don't have to.
Yes. If we take on your case and are unable to successfully remove the content, you receive a full refund — no questions asked. Refunds are processed within 14 business days.
Eligibility
We can pursue removal of reviews that violate platform policies. This includes fake reviews, spam, reviews from people who were never customers, competitor attacks, reviews containing personal information, defamatory content, and reviews that violate the platform's content guidelines.
Only if it violates the platform's policies. A negative review from a real customer that describes their honest experience generally cannot be removed. However, even genuine reviews can violate policies — for example, if they contain threats, discriminatory language, or disclose private information.
We assess every case before taking it on. If we don't believe the content violates any policy and therefore can't be removed, we'll tell you honestly and decline the case — no charge.
Privacy & Legal
Completely. We never disclose client identities, the content in question, or any details of the removal process. All correspondence is handled through official channels under strict confidentiality.
No. Platform reporting mechanisms are anonymous. The reviewer will not be notified that you specifically requested the removal. If the content is removed, the reviewer may receive a notification from the platform that their content was taken down for policy violations, but your involvement is never disclosed.
Remove unfair reviews. Today.
Free assessment. You only pay if we succeed — full refund if we don't deliver.
